Yosemite

Thinking we were clear of the 4th of July crowds we headed to Yosemite National Park

the weekend after (7/9/11).

We were so wrong!

It took us F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get there!

The weather was pretty perfect though & it was nice to be outdoors.

We hiked/ walked up to the bottom of one of the falls & enjoyed the spray from the water.

Then on the way back down we let the boys play in the little streams from the water run off.

 

(Yes Riley is pretending his leg is a plunger.....Weirdo)

After driving & hiking around Yosemite we headed over to the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir.

The boys probably enjoyed it here the most since there was barely anyone around & they got to go through a cool tunnel.

It was a long day but a memory none the less.
