Let Freedom Ring
HAPPY JULY 4th!
We started off the morning decorating the boys bikes for the bike parade
at our ward's 4th of July lunch.
The Andrus family was in town still from their Bass Lake adventures & joined in on the holiday fun.
Here's the clan with their bikes.
Those are some good looking boys!
While the Bishop dealt with some chain issues on his bike Riley got to hold the flag.
Then it was back to his scooter tricks.
After some much needed naps we headed over to Susanne & Steve's house for some Larson pool time.
Riley was in pool heaven.
Later we went to watch the fireworks that Antioch had raised enough money to put on again.
Unfortunately, they were pretty lame but it was still nice to be out with people
celebrating our country.
After the fireworks we said goodbye to our friends and headed over to my parents to set off some of our own fireworks. Josh decided Riley was finally old enough to help set off the fireworks.
Chase watched from the sidewalk with his flashlight.
And then we sat back & watched.
It was a fun & relaxing day with friends and family.
We are so blessed to live in a country where we have so many freedoms &
are so thankful for all those that serve to protect those freedoms.
